If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For return eligibility, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines are not returnable. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are not returnable. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item returned more than 7 days after delivery is not returnable.
