Shipping

We offer fast and free shipping (orders over $50) to anywhere in the United States. After processing during business hours, all items ship via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for delivery. To receive your order faster, please send us an email to the following: support@tranquilstore.com

Returns

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us by email at support@tranquilstore.com. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For return eligibility, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines are not returnable. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are not returnable. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, is not returnable, as well as any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will apply automatically to your credit card or original payment method within 3 business days.

Box 159 Cedarhurst, NY 11516.  Depending on your state, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
